1. About LisengoStore
LisengoStore is a digital product retailer selling software licence keys and digital subscription codes. We are based in the United Kingdom.
2. Products & Delivery
All products are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address.
If you do not receive your key within 30 minutes of purchase, contact our support team immediately at support@lisengostore.com.
3. Refund Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, unless the digital content has already been delivered and you confirmed your consent to immediate delivery at checkout.
Because digital keys are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once the key has been delivered and/or activated. If your key does not work, we will replace it at no charge — please contact support within 48 hours of purchase with evidence.
4. Key Validity
All keys sold by LisengoStore are genuine and valid at the time of sale. We guarantee that every key will activate on the platform stated in the product description. Keys are for personal use on the number of devices stated.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, share, or transfer keys purchased from LisengoStore without our written permission. Keys are for personal or business use within the limits of the software publisher’s licence.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Favilox Ltd (trading as LisengoStore)’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
8. Consumer Rights
