At LisengoStore, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products — Instant Delivery

All products sold by LisengoStore are digital goods delivered instantly by email. Because of the nature of digital delivery, we are unable to offer refunds once a key or redemption link has been delivered, as it may have already been used.

Key Doesn’t Work?

If your key or redemption link is invalid or not working, we will replace it at no cost. Simply contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@lisengostore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A screenshot showing the error

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours.

Exceptions — When We Do Refund

  • You were charged but never received your key by email (check spam first)
  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • The product delivered is clearly different from what was advertised

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Key has been delivered and successfully activated
  • You changed your mind after delivery
  • You purchased the wrong product
  • Your account was suspended by the software publisher for misuse
